Order Process:

1. Browse our menu and add items to your cart
2. Review your order and provide delivery information
3. Select your payment method and complete payment
4. Receive order confirmation via email or SMS
5. Track your order through our app or website

Payment Terms:

• All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT
• We accept credit cards, debit cards, cash on delivery, and approved digital payment methods
• Payment must be received in full before order processing (except cash on delivery)
• Delivery charges may apply based on your location and order value
• Promotional codes and discounts are subject to specific terms and conditions

We strive to deliver your order within the estimated time provided at checkout. However, delivery times may vary based on factors beyond our control.

• Delivery is available within our designated delivery zones
• You must provide accurate delivery information including address and contact number
• Someone must be available to receive the delivery at the specified address
• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information or inaccessible delivery locations
• Collection orders must be picked up within the specified timeframe
• Uncollected orders may be disposed of after 30 minutes without refund

We understand that circumstances may change. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

• Orders may be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement for a full refund
• Once food preparation has begun, cancellation may not be possible
• If you receive an incorrect order, please contact us immediately for resolution
• Refunds for quality issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method
• Promotional items and discounts are non-refundable
